Care

Agavē bags are designed for durability and elegance

• Wipe your bag regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• For stains, use a mild liquid shampoo diluted with water and a damp cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals like alcohol, acetone or bleach, as they can damage the material
• While the cactus leather is water-resistant, it is not waterproof. If your bag gets wet, pat it dry immediately with a clean cloth.
• Avoid rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches, and do not place ink pens or similar items against the material to avoid permanent marks.
• Protect your bag from prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, and heat sources. Avoid temperatures above 120°C (248°F), which can affect its integrity.
• Store your bag in the provided dust pouch when not in use and stuff it with tissue paper to maintain its shape.

Returns

• If you wish to return an item, we accept returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months.
• To initiate a return, kindly contact us at contact@agave-world.com with your order number.
• You may return your package using your preferred courier to the address provided in our email correspondence. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue store credit accordingly.
